The founders of Highbridge Realty Advisors started their careers working at large real estate services firms in New York City. There, they had the opportunity to consult on some of the largest and most complex developments in the New York City Metropolitan Area.  During this time,  the founders of HRA noticed that to make comprehensive and customized reports, most firms required their consultants to compile market data from several data sources and manually prepare each report using both those data sources and several different software programs.   The use of several different platforms for conducting research and writing reports not only increased turnaround times, but increased the potential for errors in reports.

The founders of HRA sought out to create a system that could better satisfy client needs for accurate market data, faster turnaround times, and increased transparency throughout the appraisal process.
